Why it matters
A representative office is not an operation
There is a point at which representation stops being enough. A customer wants to contract with a Brazilian entity, a tender requires local registration, support has to be delivered on the ground, or the volume finally justifies a permanent structure.
That transition is where foreign companies most often stall. It is not one decision but a chain of them, each with its own authority, timeline and specialist: the entity, the tax registrations, the licences, the accounting, the first employment contracts, the office, and eventually the warehouse or the plant.
We coordinate that chain end to end, engaging and managing the qualified local specialists each link requires, so the company has a single point of accountability rather than eight suppliers and no owner.

Physical Setup

Site selection is a commercial decision before it is a real-estate one: proximity to customers, to a port, to a skilled workforce or to a state incentive program will outweigh the rent. We shortlist against those criteria and support the negotiation and the fit-out.
