We Combine Technology, Business and Program Leadership

We combine technology expertise, business development and program leadership — the three things it takes to carry critical technology from a global supplier to a working outcome inside a Latin American market.

About

Why work with us

01

International Experience

Experience operating in international and multicultural environments, across companies, cultures and markets.

Working across borders is less about language than about how decisions get made in a room you did not grow up in — what a Brazilian procurement committee needs to see on paper, what a European engineering team accepts as proof, and why an encouraging meeting means different things in different places. That judgement is what keeps a deal from being lost for reasons nobody ever writes down.

02

Technical Understanding

The ability to understand complex technologies and translate them into commercial opportunities.

We can read your documentation, hold a real conversation with your engineers, and represent the technology accurately to a customer who intends to test it. That matters because in these sectors the first serious meeting is a technical one, and a representative who cannot hold their end of it does not get a second.

03

Business & Program Leadership

Experience managing programs, stakeholders, suppliers and customers from proposal to delivery.

Experience on the delivery side, not only the selling side. Having been accountable for a program — its suppliers, its stakeholders, its schedule and its cost — changes what you are willing to promise a customer, because you know what the organization behind you will actually have to do once the contract is signed.

04

Regulated & Critical Industries

Experience in sectors where security, compliance, quality and reliability are non-negotiable.

In aerospace, defense and critical infrastructure the qualifying question is never whether you are cheaper. It is whether you are safe, compliant, certifiable, and still going to exist in ten years to honor a support obligation. We work in the terms those buyers actually use.

The Difference

We Speak Both Technology and Business

We sit between the engineering conversation and the commercial one — translating technical capability into a business case, a business case into a signed contract, and a contract into something operating in the field.

Not simply a Sales Representative nor Management Consultant.

We operate in between.

How we work

How the practice operates

Representation is a promise of attention and discretion. These are the commitments that promise rests on, and the questions we would want answered if the positions were reversed.

01

Senior engagement, not delegation

The person you meet is the person who does the work. There is no bench of juniors behind this, and your account is not handed down once the contract is signed.

02

Confidentiality by default

Client names, technologies and pipeline are not marketing material. That is why this site names none of them, and why yours will not appear here either.

03

No conflicting mandates

We do not represent competing technologies in the same segment. Where a potential conflict exists we declare it before an engagement begins, not after.

04

Honesty about fit

If the market is not there for your technology, or a distributor would genuinely serve you better, we will say so. A retainer sustained on a false premise costs more in reputation than the fee is worth.

05

Focus over breadth

A small number of clients at a time, in sectors we understand. Attention is the product, and attention does not scale.

06

Reporting you can take upstairs

Written, regular and specific enough to brief your board with — pipeline, stakeholders, obstacles and what we got wrong, not a summary of activity.

Experience Across Complex & Regulated Environments

Work shaped by sectors where the margin for error is small and trust is earned over time.

01

Aerospace & Aviation

Certification-driven supply chains, MRO operations and airport systems, where a place on the qualified supplier list is the gate to everything else.

02

Defense & Government

Procurement governed by local content, technology transfer and classification rules, on programme timelines that answer to budget cycles rather than quarters.

03

Transportation

Highway, rail, port and airport operations run under concession, where investment is bounded by contract obligations and auction milestones.

04

Utilities

Electricity, water and sanitation operators whose capital spending is shaped by regulated tariffs and sector technical standards.

05

Industrial Technology

Automation, instrumentation and maintenance technology sold into operators who measure everything in downtime avoided.

06

Digital Transformation

Data, connectivity and software programmes inside organizations whose installed base was never designed to accommodate them.

Client names, logos and project details are shared only with prior authorization.

Let's talk about your market entry.

We'd like to understand your technology and where you want to take it.
