How the model works
We orchestrate. Licensed professionals execute.
Establishing and operating a company in Brazil touches lawyers, accountants, tax specialists, engineers, architects, real-estate advisers, customs brokers and government-relations professionals. No single firm holds all of that, and any that claims to is either subcontracting it or doing part of it badly.
We do not pretend to hold it either. What we hold is the plan, the sequence and the accountability: which specialist is needed at which point, what each one has to deliver, and whether the whole thing is on schedule.
