The problem

The technology exists. It is just not represented here.

For a great many specialized requirements, the product that solves it already exists somewhere — and has no distributor, no local office and no incentive to answer an inbound email from an unfamiliar market.

Finding it is the smaller half of the problem. Establishing whether the supplier is financially sound, whether they will actually support equipment eight time zones away, whether export licensing on their side permits the sale at all, and what the landed cost looks like once duties, certification and spares are included — that is where these projects stall or go wrong.

We work from your requirement outward: search internationally against it, assess who is credible, and manage the technical and commercial conversation on both sides until it is a decision you can defend.

For LATAM Clients

How we help

From a defined requirement through to a supplier under contract, engaged at whichever stage you need.

01

Technology Sourcing

Find the right international technology for a specific operational or strategic need.

You have a defined problem and suspect the answer exists abroad but is not sold here. We start from the requirement rather than from a catalogue, search internationally against it, and return a shortlist you can evaluate on comparable terms.

  • Requirement defined with your technical team
  • International search against that requirement
  • Shortlist compared on criteria you set
  • First contact and introduction handled
  • Support through your evaluation
02

International Supplier Identification

Access a curated network of vetted technology providers abroad.

Finding a supplier is easy. Establishing whether they are credible, financially sound and genuinely able to support you from another continent is not. We assess candidates before you invest time in them.

  • Candidates beyond the obvious names
  • Capability and reference assessment
  • Financial and delivery-risk view
  • Export control and licensing constraints
  • Real support capability for this region
03

Technical-Commercial Matchmaking

Connect your requirements to the right solution and the right supplier.

The gap that kills these deals is translation. Your engineers and theirs can talk; your procurement and their commercial team can talk; the two conversations rarely connect. We sit in both.

  • Requirement translated into the supplier's terms
  • Technical clarification managed on both sides
  • Commercial framing aligned to your procurement process
  • Language and business-culture mediation
  • A single point of accountability
04

Solution Assessment

Evaluate technical fit, maturity and commercial terms before you commit.

Before committing, you want an independent read on whether the technology does what the datasheet claims, whether it fits your installed base, and what it truly costs once integration, support and spares are counted.

  • Technical fit against your actual environment
  • Maturity and deployment history
  • Integration effort and dependencies
  • Total cost of ownership, not headline price
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
05

Partner Identification

Identify international partners for joint ventures, licensing or distribution.

Sometimes the right outcome is not a purchase but a relationship — a joint venture, a licence, local manufacturing or a distribution agreement. That needs a different search and a different negotiation.

  • Search against a defined strategic objective
  • Joint venture, licensing and distribution models
  • The partner's own appetite and constraints
  • Structuring and negotiation support
  • Relationship management once established
06

International Procurement Support

Navigate cross-border procurement, negotiation and contracting.

Buying across borders adds mechanics domestic procurement does not have: incoterms, duties, certification on arrival, export licences on their side, currency exposure, and warranty you need enforceable at a distance.

  • Cross-border commercial terms and incoterms
  • Import, tax and certification requirements
  • Export licence dependencies on the supplier's side
  • Currency and payment structuring
  • Warranty, support and spares commitments

How it runs

From requirement to supplier under contract

01

Define

Establish the requirement precisely, with your technical team, including the constraints that will disqualify options.

02

Search

Identify candidates internationally against that requirement, including those with no presence in the region.

03

Screen

Assess capability, financial standing, support reach and export licensing before any introduction.

04

Connect

Introduce, translate the technical and commercial conversation, and manage clarification on both sides.

05

Contract

Support evaluation, negotiation, cross-border terms and the commitments you will depend on after delivery.

How we screen

What we check before introducing anyone

An introduction is worth nothing if the supplier cannot deliver. These are the questions we answer before a name reaches you.

01

Fit with the requirement, not the category

Whether the product solves your specific problem in your specific conditions — not whether the vendor operates in the right sector.

02

Financial and delivery capability

Whether the company is sound enough to still exist through your asset's life, and has delivered at your scale before.

03

Willingness to serve this region

Many capable suppliers simply will not support a customer at this distance. Better to learn that before the evaluation, not after.

04

Export control and licensing

Whether the sale is permitted at all from their jurisdiction, and what approvals it depends on. This is decisive in defense and dual-use technology.

05

Behavior when something goes wrong

References are useful mainly for this. How the supplier responded to a failure tells you more than a list of successful installations.

06

Contracting terms and jurisdiction

Whether they will contract in a form your legal team can accept, and where a dispute would actually be resolved. A warranty you cannot enforce is not a warranty.

Markets

Where Technology Meets Critical Markets

We concentrate on sectors where technical complexity, regulation and long-term trust define who wins — aerospace, defense, advanced technology and critical infrastructure.
